This page is devoted to Larry and his friends. They all have a story to tell and their lives and innocence give us a unique view into ourselves. They exude kindness and are living life in the moment without judgement.
Larry has seen a lot of life and come to the conclusion that being able to find simplicity from complexity is the way to go, the way to be. Grandma made Larry a very long time ago. He is a Welsh-speaking lamb, strong and steady despite his slightly worn appearance. He doesn’t follow the flock and has a mind of his own.
Like some of his friends, Larry was inspired by Benjamin Hoff's book The Tao of Pooh. In this book, Pooh is described as the "uncarved block,'' a bear in tune with his natural inner self. Like Pooh, Larry is now able to experience living without complexity. Larry spends time with Andy and his friends (see below), who all have a story to tell.

Andy was the one who inspired this gathering of loved companions. He is ever playful with a vivid imagination. He was part of the ‘Den Gang’ who played behind the couch.
He has seen a lot of life, its ups, its downs, and maybe that is why he understands the healing power of humour. Practising his yoga moves is an important part of his life even if he struggles with it sometimes!

Henry came from nowhere one Christmas morning, he was nearly as big as his human companion. Maybe it is his larger than life presence along with his calm demeanour that provide comfort and stability. He likes to take the odd daytime snooze but don’t be fooled - he may be napping but he is still aware of what is going on around him and able to offer bear hugs if and when required.

Wellington may not look much like the real life Wombles of Wimbledon Common and Orinoco may have been the one everyone wanted but Wellington was made with lots of love by a family friend. At the time, his red fur was more amusing than disappointing. All the other children seemed to be into the Bay City Rollers and Bye Bye Baby whereas Wellington spent many an hour dancing with his human companion in front of the mirror to ‘Remember you’re a Womble! He has recently formed part of a Womble tribute act!
